This storm hit our house, totaled a car, and damaged another, so stress is a very underrated word. Thank goodness for Travis and his team. When people asked who my framers or roofers were I just tell them Travis took care of it. Same for my interior!! I did very little except trust the process and let him work. Not to say I had no say or didn’t ask questions, but he ALWAYS answered or called or text back. This was my first time in 20 years in my home having damage, but if it happens again we will for sure call him! His guys all did outstanding work and you can’t tell we ever had damage. I would trust them in a heartbeat.

LOVE OUR NEW ROOF!! Travis had a great crew. They protected shrubs on my neighbors side yard and shrubs on our side. Respectful of both our properties. Travis gave us a heads up on process and we had a new roof by end of day. He was here during most of the work so he was able to answer any questions. Also the new gutters look great. Houser Restoration is my go-to place. Travis Houser replaced my roof in May 2024, after our last hail storm. His crew did a great job and cleanup afterwards, all in one day. Travis is a hands-on owner/manager for all his jobs from first inspecting the roof, meeting with the insurance inspector/adjuster, guidance as what and how it should be done plus recommendations for shingles chosen. He is there from start to finish. He stands behind his work, is ethical and dependable. It is easy and a pleasure to work with him.
